Our Story
webmcp.land is a central registry for WebMCP and similar AI-enabled resources on the web. It's forked from @f's prompts.chat system and pivots it for MCP resources, and builds on top of it.
The webmcp.land registry was created on February 28, 2026, just a few weeks after WebMCP was first announced to the world. What began as a simple solution became the go-to resource for developers looking to discover and share MCP services.
Completely free and open source from day one.
